Short Bio

Yang received the B.S. degree from School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in Jul. 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong, in Aug. 2013. In Nov. 2013 Yang joined the Communication Systems Group as a postdoctoral research associate. He received the 2012-2013 HKTIIT Post-Graduate Excellence Scholarships.
